Someone has promised that AI will forecast demand, answer questions about inventory, or automate a workflow. Before money is spent, it’s worth knowing whether the data underneath can support it.
I look at the specific use case and the data it depends on: how complete it is, how consistent, how far back it goes, and whether the definitions match what the tool will assume. I also look at the process around it, because a model can only be as current as the data that feeds it.
What you get
A short written assessment in plain language. It covers what will work as-is, what will work once specific gaps are fixed, and what isn’t realistic yet. The fixes are ranked by effort and payoff, so you can put a sensible plan in front of whoever asked.
